We are a small farm in West Texas. Growing garlic was an economic choice and this business idea may appeal to you. We chose to become a Certified Organic Grower and have been certified by the State of Texas Agriculture Department, Certification Number: 0812159, and adhere to Texas requirements in all our garlic production. We produce several varieties that survive and thrive in our climate zone and offer you to be a potential producer, gourmet chef, or back yard gardener. We offer garlic seed for your venture and also support from our experiences as growers and lovers of the versatile vegetable Garlic (Allium sativum) and (Allium ophioscorodon).
